I have read the article, but your statement

should actually read

'my heart goes out to what this family went thru via Gray Brown-Service Mortuary, Inc'.

It's Gray Brown-Service Mortuary, Inc which owns the chapel section of the Forest Lawn Mausoleum, from which the Lloyds purchase of a double-crypt space, and it was Gray Brown-Service who entombment Mrs. Lloyd's casket and who disinterred the remains of Faye Lloyd, not Forest Lawn.
