Jermaine Jackson 'can't pay child support'

Jermaine Jackson has reportedly filed documents stating that he is unable to meet his current child support agreement.
According to TMZ, Michael Jackson's elder brother has requested that the courts lower his monthly payments from $3,000 to $215.
The documents state that Jermaine's appearance on Celebrity Big Brother 5 in 2007 earned the star $450,000, but that his monthly income has only averaged $1,100 over the last year.
In the papers, Jermaine claims that Alejandra Oaziazia - mother of his sons Jaafar and Jermajesty - earns more than him and also receives free accommodation at the Jackson compound.

Is that why Katherine is demanding more money so she can help Jermaine? Why is it that he is the only one who is always complaining about money, I don't hear the others. Jermaine go work like any normal human being, it is bad without your brother Michael who helped you all the time.
