I was just doing my music history homework on the internet and found out that Teddy Riley actually created the " New Jack Swing" sound that was very popular in the late 80's - early 90's that Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson and various other artists had which fused R&B vocals with hip-hop beats.
And I came across this precious jewel:

Its from a group called "Guy" that TR was in. I actually really like it!
