Dr. Murray Will NEVER Cop a Plea in MJ Death
8 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

Sources directly connected to Dr. Conrad Murray tell TMZ ... the Doc will not accept any plea bargain from the L.A. County District Attorney in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case.

We're told Dr. Murray feels so strongly about his innocence, even a plea with no jail time would be out of the question.

Fact is ... Dr. Murray shouldn't hold his breath, because no plea bargain has been offered and sources tell us the D.A. will not offer one.

As for Murray's defense ... we're told the centerpiece revolves around the fact that only two people were in the room around the time MJ died, and Murray insists he did not administer the fatal dose of Propofol.

The operating theory of Murray's lawyers -- when the Doc left to go to the bathroom, a frustrated MJ woke up and administered the fatal dose himself in a desperate attempt to get some sleep.

What I think is interesting about the polls is that most of the questions have nothing to do with the subject of the article.

It's 9 polls - and these are not even asking questions but are picturing minimalized public opinion scenarios that voters are perceiving as a question.

Interestingly, Randy is being drawn to be the most balanced family member.
All others are put in a corner of some sort.

Interestingly, TMZ are now replacing old articles which is a new form of deleting material.
This is the one they published in April 2010:
Conrad Murray -- I Will Never Cop a Plea
Posted Apr 6th 2010 3:00AM by TMZ Staff

TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray has made it clear -- he will not take a plea bargain in the death of Michael Jackson.

Sources say Dr. Murray is adamant ... he did nothing wrong and will not plead to manslaughter or any lesser offense.

TMZ first broke the story of Dr. Murray's defense ... that Michael Jackson accidentally killed himself by self-injecting a fatal dose of Propofol into his bloodstream.

Dr. Murray, we're told, is "completely confident" that he will be found not guilty. He is less confident that the medical boards in Texas, Nevada and California will reach a similar result.

Dr. Murray is extremely relieved Judge Michael Pastor did not yank his California medical license yesterday. Nevertheless, he realizes it's all but inevitable all three medical boards will go after his license.

I do not think TMZ knows very well what it does, i suppose that they today must have prepared a rally news like the last year <!-- smj_bad/ -->mj_bad/<!-- smj_bad/ -->

In deed. TMZ needs to start collecting all news from 2010 and change some letters just to make the news look fresh for 2011 <!-- slolol/ -->lolol/<!-- slolol/ -->

I´ll wait till September, when more news from Murray and the case should show up <!-- s:roll: --><!-- s:roll: -->

(ésto es más largo que un día sin paaaaaan)
  • Why would Murray make a Plea? There will be no need to do so.. I have been saying from the start that this court case will be postponed and postponed. September will come and there will be no court.. Why will there be no court? Michael will come back just in time.. How can we prosecute someone who did not do any harm to Michael. Michael has an alteriative plan..
