County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor said any testimony relating to the molestation case is irrelevant -- and would be distracting and misleading to the jury. <br /><br />The judge also banned Arnie Klein from testifying -- after prosecutors argued the defense would try to blame the dermatologist for the death ... and take away attention from the man on the hot seat -- Dr. Murray.<br />

In a while they won’t have any options left.  Just poor little frightened Murray.  Seems Rev is getting rid of the fluff (Judge Pastor).  I wonder how short this trial is going to be. :? Is Pastor his real name btw lolol/

Isn't it "strange/funny" that we all figured this trial is in some way the same as Michael's trial?<br />And now TMZ is posting a link between the 2 of them.<br />Makes you wonder doesn't it We were right all along!  moonwalk_/

I think banning that talk is a logical thing to do, as it has no relevance for the allegations agains Murray.

I really wanted to see AK testify, but it's good that they aren't going to let talk of MJ's 2005 trial into this trial...also I'm really lost in this trial, what exactly will it be about, I know that it's going to be about CM being 'guilty' but I thought they would bring up other things, that's why I find it annoying that AK will not testify.
