No magic involved - the way I see it the guy simply moved and while they were locating him they thought a sensationalist headline about a key witness going 'missing' would be appropriate. No news here. /pull hair/

It's all about the "news" though, I mean, how dumb the stories are. And how they appeal to a dumb[ed down] audience.

My best friend is a lawyer, I asked her about this case.. She told me that when you commit murder and they find you guilty they do not give 4 yrs, it is more. it can go up to 20 yrs in prison and if you are in as a good behaviour they will let you out in 10yrs.. Now this is Canadian law.. As we all know CM will not go to prison, because he did not kill anyone..

Bec, from comments I read on other non-MJ related sites, many people are fed up with the constant stream of inaccurate and non-news. I think the 'dumb(ed down) audience', as you put it, is diminishing. Which is a good thing, but still I feel like this /pull hair/ when this hoax 'makes' me spend time on dumb articles, TMZ, 'celebrity' nonsense, that I would never have given a glance to previously!

LaToya and Joe have always said Murray was the "fall guy", or maybe do they mean "hitman" sent by other "enemies" of Michael's, with Katherine claiming no foul play. Was it Jermaine who said he thought Murray should be charged for murder in one interview. I wonder if their claims will be investigated at the trial. This is what the majority of MJ fans are suspecting and want justice for. In that case his prison term would be at least 20 years, with it reduced to 10 for good behaviour. If they up the manslaughter investigation to murder that would certainly get the public more interested in the show-trial!

Things do not seem going well for Murray. If Prince also gives testimony against him, he can go to prison. I wonder how many believers would be still here if Murray goes to prison. I'll be here no matter what because this can be a part of the scenerio, and we shouldn't lose hope no matter what happens.
