[size=14pt]Dr. Conrad Murray Hoping To Be Home For Christmas[/size]<br /><br />Conrad-Murray-home-Christmas-jail.jpg<br /><br />Dr. Conrad Murray could be released on house arrest by Christmas, to serve the remainder of his jail sentence for his role in the death of Michael Jackson, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.<br /><br />Judge Michael Pastor imposed the maximum allowed sentence -- four years in jail -- on Jackson's former doctor on Tuesday, and because of overcrowding in California correctional facilities, Murray wasn't sent to state prison, but to Los Angeles County Jail. The cardiologist's sentence was automatically cut in half, and Murray is eligible for house arrest because he is considered a non-violent felon.<br /><br />"Dr. Murray's lawyers are actually relieved that Judge Pastor didn't sentence him to community service, they didn't want him doing manual labor at the morgue, like Lindsay Lohan is doing. That would have been an absolute nightmare for him, as he would certainly be mocked, and it wouldn't have been safe for him to be picking up trash on the freeway or cleaning up graffiti,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.<br /><br />“Judge Pastor actually did Murray a favor by maxing him out,"<br /><br />The decision to release Dr. Murray on house arrest will personally be approved by Sheriff Lee Baca. "The Sheriff will determine when Dr. Murray will be released on house arrest. Dr. Murray is hoping that he will be released by Christmas.     Thank you for sharing this, PureLove. Interesting that it was mentioned that the lawyers were glad Murray didn't get community service like Lindsay Lohan. Again, her name comes up. Coincidence? Hmmm...<br /><br />I also found funny the part where they said it would be a "nightmare" if Murray were to do community service at the morgue (Thriller anyone?). Lastly, the lawyers initially were upset with the judge for giving Murray a jail sentence but now he's done him a favor by maxing him out and not giving him community service? <br /><br />

    Well it's no secret that MJ did LOVE  christmas......and always decorated his house accordingly....<br /><br />Christmas REEVES on the entrance doors and throughout the house of carolwood dve....<br /><br />

    <br /><br /> :lol: Exactly voice. They always find something to connect Lindsay and Michael and I do believe that it is because of the movie Lindsay is going to be in. I think we all know it and I don't need to repeat it but also the movies is going to be directed by Brett Ratner. <br /><br />And community service at the morgue would definitely be a thriller. :lol:<br />

    Excuse me??????  Spend the rest of his time under house arrest...even though the Judge wanted to severely punish him?  Sorry, people are not released from country jail to serve under house arrest.  THAT's why they're in jail.  <br /><br />When are people (other than US!!!) going to start scratching their heads and saying 'bollocks'?  Are there no lawyers out there who might question these ongoing absurd departures from standard legal practice.  <br /><br />I guess they'll have to wait for the BAM.....As they say....Blessed are they who do not see but still beLIEve.
