Finally time to introduce myself... :)

Hi there,<br /><br />since 2012 is facing its end, I thought I should keep the promise I gave to myself before I make some new New Year's promises...  :icon_e_wink:<br />I promised to be more open and come out of my nutshell more often... so here I am.<br /><br />I'm here since the very beginning, but didn't post that much although I constantly lurke around and read  :icon_cool: <br />There is another forum (not as big as this one) on which I used to post very much, sadly nearly all the members don't post anymore and it's very quiet over there. I made some friends over there and I'm glad to be in touch with them on a personal level to the very day.<br />Since 6/25/09 not one day went by without MJ.<br />I wasn't a fan and I guess I'm still not a fan in the usual meaning of the word, but you may call me admirer of his social and humanitarian work, of his artificial skills and pioneering ideas (at least that's what you call fan, isn't it?  :thjajaja121: )<br />In my personal life I'm a mother (of three adult boys, whom I raised alone) who turned 50 this year. I have two cats and a horse and I live in a small town in the north of Germany... plain and simple... <br />I used to work as acting teacher for kids and as director in a small town theater group, but due to health and personal issues I quitted... I guess that's all... :icon_e_smile:<br /><br />I love all the awesome posters here and I'm proud to be here, it's really a pleasure to read you all... :)<br /><br />Maybe this all will come to an end soon, maybe not - I just don't know - but I'm curious to be here and see the story unfold...  :icon_bounce:<br />So with all my heart I hope all of you will be here for the finals and we all will se a happy ending :)<br /><br />Love and light to all of you  :bearhug:

    What a nice note hopi....I  have seen you around here, and enjoy whenever you do post. <br />Interesting you taught kids acting....I taught art history to kids for 10 years.  By coincidence, <br />just last night my daughter auditioned for a part in a local production......she did great.  We are <br />hopeful she'll get a call-back.....if not, she looks at it as a great learning experience and will press<br />forward....she is 8 : ) <br />I am sure your town is beautiful....I have been to Munich, but not anything north of Germany......had a wonderful time.  <br />I love Europe.....so much to see, so much history all around.......it's really beautiful.  <br />Thanks for posting your intro........have a truly beautiful day!!!!<br />LOVE & HUGS,<br />Wishingstar <br /><br />

    Awww, you're so kind everyone  :-* thank you all for your comforting words.<br /><br />@ wishingstar I'm sure your daughter did all her best and if they don't call back don't worry, just encourage her to do what she likes ( and when acting is her desire she will find her way to that) childern are very secure in finding their way (well at least that's what I experienced)<br /><br />@ RK wow, beautiful painting!!!
