I remember everyone saying that michaeljacksonhoaxdeath.com was up before Michael's death was even in the news. Does anyone know why people thought that? I remember seeing on the whois info that it was created on the 26th (which makes sense since Amy was australian and it was the 26th there when MJ died) and if I check the whois of the domain now, I see it was created the 27th even. I don't remember because I spent the first day or two on YouTube before I even found the forum online, so I was wondering if anyone remember's seeing it up on the 25th.<br /><br />To refresh your memory, here is a thread about MJHD (closing down eventually): https://community.michaeljacksonhoaxforum.com/forums/index.php/topic,485.html<br /><br />I had the domain for a few years after that and had it redirected to this one, but I decided to stop paying for it and let it go. After that it was bought by someone who never had an actual site on there.<br /><br />Just curious about all the stuff you might remember about this place. Or maybe just some good theories/threads, funny memories or members you remember from all the way back in the old days!

I remember that. When you would google Michael Jackson dead (or variation's of it), one of the results that would come back is that the site was created on June 24th. A believer contacted someone (Godaddy or whoever)and she was told it was created on June 24th.<br /><br />I don't know if I have any of this information any more (my computer crashed in 2012 and lost a lot of things). But that's why everyone was thinking you were involved with the hoax.<br /><br />Love you Michael!

I follow hoax exactly since the early July 2009 and I remember that a believer had made a screen of a link of a blog about death hoax, on google. <br />Under forum url it it says "23 June 2009"<br /><br /><br /><br />Honestly I'm confused.

<br /><br />Don't be. The June 23rd date is the date the article was made in Wordpress. This website is made with Wordpress as well so I know you can add any date to the articles and blogs you write. Amy probably added June 23rd because she knew it would draw attention and people to the website. Amy had multiple websites so knew she could do that. Smart because even today people think MJHD was set up before June 25th. The date you can't manipulate is the date the domain was actually registered, which was June 27th, 2 days AFTER the alleged death: http://whois.domaintools.com/michaeljac ... xdeath.com (look at Whois History; 365 records have been archived since 2009-06-27)<br /><br />So Amy 100% registered it on June 27th, 2009.

<br /><br />p.s. I think that is the only reason people think it was up before the 25th, because I have never heard from anyone who actually saw it up before or even on the 25th.<br />
