Does anybody knows this book?

Please, somebody can help me. Me and a lot o brazilian fans are discussing about some books Prince and Paris took from a library.
Well we found it a little strange, cause they can buy every book they want. So we started to check the books. One of them we discovered soon

But the other one is almost impossible for us


Maybe it seems useless, but I´ll put here a little resume of The adventures of Despereax:

" A little mouse, very courageous and inteligent suffers prejudice and everybod thinks he is weird...
He is condemned to die... People thinks he died but he is alive"

Such a coincidence!!!!!

So, if this book has this message, maybe the other one is important too.
So, please, does anybody know the other book? The book in Prince´s hand????

I think both books were figured out on the old MJHD.
But I can't remember the second title... <!-- s --><!-- s -->

Oh Look I found this in an article :

As they exited the library, Prince held up his books in exaltation as they walked back to the car. Prince checked out the book Choose Your Own Adventure: Moon Quest while Sister Paris left with The Tale of Despereaux and Blanket chose the cartoon book Garfield: Beast in the Basement.

I can´t see any link int the second book... paheps the moon... but it´s not clear.
But Blankie book is amazing ! A beast in the basement!???
Something about living deads, monters and other things....

they actually made an animation of the book to.. its now on sky movies in the UK!!
