I'd say those pics can pretty much settle Mike's height question. Reagan was 6'1 and Nancy was 5'4. Since Mike looks just a bit taller than Nancy, who is wearing heels, and quite a bit shorter than Reagan, both men wearing flats, that should put Mikes height at 5'9. <!-- s:) -->:)<!-- s:) --> Since in that one picture they appear to all be standing in a line beside each other, especially Mike and Nancy, it should be fairly accurate.
