We need to investigate the significance of Water.

  • Just as Water is vital to life. So is spirituality. When one drinks water there is refreshment to the soul. Just as the water of God

I was watching several videos posted in this thread, and saving several to watch on my ipod at work! Thank you all!

Aussie, when I read your Scriptural thoughts about water, it reminded me of another story/prophecy in Ezekiel. In the millennial reign of Christ, there will flow from the Temple in Jerusalem, a tiny stream of fresh water (special water), that will slowly grow to a rushing river, that will flow into the Dead Sea and make it fresh, where all kinds of fish will live. http://www.middletownbiblechurch.org/proph/river.htm discusses this, and here is Ezekiel 47
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=ezekiel 47&version=KJV . It seems to be the same river as in Revelation 22 which has trees along both sides of the river that bring healing to the nations. Aussie, we discussed this way back about tree or trees :icon_lol: remember, and you pointed out Ezekiel?

Ezekiel 47:12
12And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.
Revelation 22:1,2
1And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

This is a very interesting study on the original Solomon's temple not being where the Dome of the Rock is today, but where the Pool of Siloam is. There is a natural strong spring of water there. There are strong reasonings for this belief. http://www.askelm.com/temple/t050115.htm and http://www.askelm.com/temple/t001211.htm
The Gihon Spring is the only spring within the city limits of Jerusalem. We have the eyewitness account of a person from Egypt named Aristeas who viewed the Temple in about 285 B.C.E. He stated quite categorically that the Temple was located over an inexhaustible spring that welled up within the interior part of the Temple. 4 About 400 years later the Roman historian Tacitus gave another reference that the Temple at Jerusalem had within its precincts a natural spring of water that issued from its interior. 5 These two references are describing the Gihon Spring (the sole spring of water in Jerusalem). It was because of the strategic location of this single spring that the original Canaanite cities of "Migdol Edar" and "Jebus" were built over and around that water source before the time of King David. That sole water source was the only reason for the existence of a city being built at that spot.

8 The area of the Dome of the Rock, however, is 1000 feet north of the original City of David and is much too far away for anyone to look down into the courts of the Temple as Aristeas dogmatically stated one could. Also, there has never been a natural water spring within the Haram esh-Sharif. That fact alone disqualifies the area around the Dome of the Rock from being the site of the former Temples.
There is also some discussion there about the Ark of the Covenant and this spring.

Marumjj, on the Fountain of Youth, when this forum was discussing the island where it is said there was the 'fountain of youth', there was a mountain in the middle of it (I think) called Mt. Michael. Does anyone remember?
  • Do you think there could be some significance to Cancer as in the as in Cancer the Crab, the astrological sign. I was browsing through PattySims's long numerology thread where she list several dates involving June 25/26th being dates with significance to MJ/Elvis. The thing that sticks out to me about those dates besides the numerology is that these dates happen to corrospond to the Astrological Sign of Cancer on those dates, with the sun being in Cancer on those date. top keep this post relivant to the topic Cancer happens to be a water sign, the cardinal water sign in Western Tropical Astrology.

WoW! great observance Okay Annie! :th_bravo: I never thought of this even if knew that Cancer is a water zodiac-sign!
  • Of course it could have some signifcance on it's own and not nessessarly have to do with water, although it does have some signifcane to water, or perhaps it's just a coincidence that those dates fall on those days ;) :icon_e_wink:

What about Baptism in the Holy Spirit?

1 Cor. 12:13 says, "For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit."

[....] it does seem that light, energy and water are the foundational stones to biological existence.

More than this, light, energy, water and space are caught up in our worlds and experiences of perception. Most do not know that color (specific light frequencies) shape our perceptual abilities just as they have their affect on water as the light passes through.

Nassim says that inside of us, inside of all pieces of matter, is a black hole that leads both into and out of space - a pure space with endless potential energy. And he tells us that through our connection to this zero point of pure space we are connected with all pure spaces that are everywhere in existence. When we probe the very reaches of the universe we begin to understand that there is only one space and everything rests in its belly.

Things can exist inside the vast space of the universe but on a fundamental level these things do not have the power to divide space from itself. Nothing in the created universe has this power except the egocentric mind that mistakenly thinks its king of reality.
That is exactly what the ego is - the illusion of separation, the perception of separation - a bubble self that defines us as separate from the zero point of pure space or what I call pure consciousness.

Pure Water - Space - Pure Consciousness

To understand something as important and beautiful as pure water we need to understand consciousness because pure consciousness and pure water have many things in common.
Though absolute pure water does not exist outside of a laboratory except as a concept, pure consciousness is not a concept, but it is rarely experienced or perceived in its pure form.

Pure consciousness, what is that? It is much easier to say what it isn’t than what it is.

If we sit down in meditation and relax until we do not feel our bodies, then slow our minds down till there are no more thoughts to think, and calm our hearts until there is no more emotion, no feeling, no hearing, and no images in our imagination, what do we have left?
Nothing but our very own pure consciousness; pure awareness is what is left and this is the foundation of everything that we are.
[...]---- > Mind, Meditation and Water

WATER HAS MEMORY

In June 1988, the French scientist Jacques Benveniste, M.D. published an astonishing research paper in Nature, which indicated that water has memory. The paper immediately caused a great disturbance in the scientific community, where opposition to his findings was substantial.
[...]
This conclusion seemed to violate common sense. Many people disputed Benveniste’s findings. Consequently, he lost his laboratory, funding, job and even his credibility as a scientist. Fortunately, a progressive private research company hired him to continue his work.
There had not been any evident resolution for the “Benveniste incident” until 1999, when 4 laboratories in different European countries conducted independent experiments. Their findings demonstrated that extremely diluted solutions still preserved the effect of the original solutions that degranulated basophils. People started to think that Benveniste had been right.

Benveniste’s experiment required that at each dilution, the solution had to be shaken vigorously. His experiment demonstrated that a substance that is dissolved in water passes on its own characteristics to the water. Even if there is no more of the original substance, its characteristics still remain. Benveniste’s findings are not isolated.

Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese researcher whose experiments have been described in previous weeks in these pages, claimed in the report on his water crystal experiment,
“All the characteristics of substances will affect the characteristic of the water.”

Benveniste’s experiment studied the influence of substances diluted and agitated in water, whereas Emoto’s water crystal experiment studied the effects of thoughts and music on water. Emoto’s findings are even more astounding because they seem to indicate that water can recognize the content of thoughts and words and distinguish good ones from evil.

One would be hard put to cite existing scientific theory to explain these findings and so they certainly provide fertile ground for further investigation. • Water is the ONLY things NO ONE can live without. Period!

The globalist have been drugging our water supply with flouride, (which has been proven time & time again to cause cancer, neuro damage, & hosts of other medical inflictions.
The Bush Family purchased the biggest auquafor in Austrialia. They are not just into oil, because what good is oil, you can't drink it, unless you want, death.
Water is what everything living breathing plant, humans, etc need to survive. If we don't have it, we wil die. What better place to dump all toxic wastes, sterilze humans, & literally "silent" kill us?

Really, if we think about it, who ever controls the water....CONTROLS THE WORLD!
Oil, gold, food, silver, material stuff will not keep up alive.

If our water supply is contaminated, ( Ok, more than it is now) what will you do? We as humans cannot survive without it. Plants, argriculture, farmers, all need water.

Whomever controls the water, CONTROLS THE WORLD!
All local water companies are privatized. Your local city DOES NOT OWN YOUR WATER. It's owned by HUGE corporations that know its LIQUID GOLD! Why do you think your water bill raises more rapidly than any other? Because they know they can do it. If they want, they can just refuse to sell to your city. IT'S PRIVATIZED!

The large industrial/chemical companies sell their toxic wastes, because otherwise they would have to pay huge $$$$ to dispose of it. So they sell it to your local city water department. They dump it in the water supply & call it "flouride", among other toxic sediments they leave it on purpose.

Bottled water is even worse, they is not regulating of bottled water. Let me tell you what's happening to my area. I live in Wisconsin, which is considered Great Lakes region.

Big corporations, like Nestle, & other corrupt corporations, are draining the Great Lakes, & trying up small lakes, & putting in the water in huge bladders & shipping it out to China, to put in their auquafors. So when the Chinese need water, they have STOLEN from us, & then they run it thru a filter, add what ever toxic shit they want, put it in bottle, & sell it back to us at a profit

Has anyone ever seen the Disney Movie, Rango?

If not, please watch it, it is EXACTLY what is happening. TV shows, movies, ALL have "in your face, what you going to do about it", plot.

Drugging the water supply, is the best geniuts idea to dumb down population, because WE CANNOT ABSOLUTELY LIVE WITHOUT IT.

What happens when humans & farmers, animals, don't have water, literally can make a person biserk.
What would you do as a person/human if you we're faced with NO WATER?
What would you to get water?
What would you barter with to get water??
Would you drink whatever the government offers, because your so thirsty? You bet you would.

I recently bought a Berkey gravity fed water purifer, along with flouride filters to remove the shit they say is good for your teeth. yea right.

The Berkey water purfifer will also filter the dyes that are in water.

Bottled water IS NOT REGULATED AT ALL. So bottled water can have move toxic stuff than your local city water.
For those who have a well, please still filter your water.
The Pur filters that are style that are put in small containers that you put in refrigerator, DO NOT filter out flouride, or even come close to filtering out all prescription drugs & whatever they are dumping in water.

Sodium Flouride is the active ingredient in Prozac, that is what is dumped in our water, antidepressents.

We all been told that Africa is literally dehydrated, well one thing about this corrupt scum government (well foreign banks have hijacked america) we go after to "help" third world countries, that we want their natural resources or land. See article below, that the corruptness is to SUPPRESS natural resources for their own selfish ways. NWO is designed to KILL, people not too keep them alive. & WATER IS THE SILENT KILLER they are using to drug us, & dumb people down, because they know we can't live without it. And because it LOOKS CLEAR, people just assume it's pure. What a genius deceptive lie we've been told for so long. Please invest in a great purifer to keep your water pure as possible. I paid $261, that was including the flouride filters too. Bottled water CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

Scientists say the notoriously dry continent of Africa is sitting on a vast reservoir of groundwater.

They argue that the total volume of water in aquifers underground is 100 times the amount found on the surface.

The team have produced the most detailed map yet of the scale and potential of this hidden resource.

Writing in the journal Environmental Research Letters, they stress that large scale drilling might not be the best way of increasing water supplies.

Across Africa more than 300 million people are said not to have access to safe drinking water.

Demand for water is set to grow markedly in coming decades due to population growth and the need for irrigation to grow crops.

"Where there's greatest ground water storage is in northern Africa, in the large sedimentary basins, in Libya, Algeria.

"The amount of storage in those basins is equivalent to 75m thickness of water across that area - it's a huge amount."

Hundreds of different pharmaceuticals and modern chemical compounds are ALREADY inadvertently polluting our drinking water. Runoff and toilet-to-tap systems allow excreted and disposed pharmaceuticals and pills of all sorts to enter right back into our water supply.

You should never let water drown out your voice.

Unless you sound horrible, in which case drown away :icon_lol:

Re: The Bellagio fountains...I've been lucky enough to have seen them twice and was completely enthralled. It's breathtaking to stand there and take it all in...you're left speechless. Definitely something worth experiencing, as is the Bellagio hotel....vids/pics don't do it justice.

With L.O.V.E. always.
