Is this black mail? I.e he knows that Michael faked his death but felt he wasn't compensated enough? Did he get greedy? Or is he just an asshole who had the body switched on him??

    I have always thought Conrad was in on it. Has to be. Not sure why he has all that shit in his book, I haven't finished it yet either. Have you?
