So a retired judge was presiding over the Conrad Murray Child Support Case?

Ruling in Dr. Murray Hearing
November 16th, 2009 4:23 pm / Author: Brittany Talarico

Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who had Michael Jackson in his care at the time of his death, was in court today in Las Vegas over child support payments due to the mother of his child, TMZ reports. The judge ruled that Dr. Murray must now make regular monthly payments and the court will check in with him every three months to make sure he keeps up. If he pays on time, he will not be jailed.
Dr. Murray was first asked by the judge if he paid any of the $13,000 to the mother of his 10-year-old son, Nenita Malibiran, and he answered, “No, your honor,” according to TMZ.
Malibiran, who was not present, had waived her right to the $13,000 Dr. Murray owes, provided she gets $1,003 a month in child support from him. Murray also paid $700 in court.

I find this extremely hard to believe as well. Even if the Dr. Murray could not pay the owed child support at this time, the court could have deferred it to later date, like when he was back working and making money. I do not believe that the mother of his child would be so quick to let him off the hook knowing he is a Doctor and could easily pay the arrears once he was back at his practice.

  • The funny money used by Dr. Murray to pay the $700 fine he received in the above court appearance. He is supposed to have paid it with 7 borrowed $100 US bills. Yes, 7 bills for a $700 fine...number 7 again!

Whose face is that cause it isn't Ben Franklin's which appears on $100 US Bills in which the fine was supposedly paid.

Could it be Rita Hayworth who starred in "Gilda", which was included in "This Is It"?

Is it the woman on the button Michael is wearing in this picture taken from the rehearsal footage and available at mjjpictures.com http://mjjgallery.free.fr/2009/thisisit/trailers/020.jpg (is that Rita Hayworth or someone else)?

No matter who it may be it sure isn't Ben Franklin so that is not real money!

Wonderful laugh - Michael is the MASTER.

Did you notice about that shady dirty court room which is a shame as cheap as it is?
We have parents put paint on the walls of the schools for their children - maybe we should send some paint to court and justice too?

Noticed the "living room" pictures on the wall?
Did you notice the 4 windows in the film? And the open door behind the judge?
    Open end to this journey?
