Hi! I think he change his name after have the kids, because we know that at the birt certificate sais Joseph, but before the 2005 trial, i don't know...

It can be short name for Joseph, but you can use short name in legal documents. By low in my country only one letter wrong in full name is considered as different person and makes the document invalid. I don't know about US low, but it should be the same.

I think that's the better theory too,
Because MJ doesn't have a lot of privacy (to say the least) and this could have been a try to try keeping some things secret such as certificatesn marriage...

I think its possible he changed his name. its very easily done.
ive never seen Mjs BC but i know in court his name was read out to be Michael Joe. So..
which could be very interesting because if he changed his name legally to Joe then his DC may be invalid and so may keep him out of any legal trouble if he is still alive.

I will not reveal my full name but my middle name is Anne. So say my name was once Stephanie Annette Fisher but i changed it to Stephanie Anne Fisher.. Im no longer known as Stephanie Annette Fisher.
I know Miley Cyrus changed her name legally from Destiny Cyrus to Miley Cyrus. So I would believe a document like a DC would say Miley Cyrus and not the her former name. I could be very wrong.
During the 2005 trial he had to state his full name and it was MICHAEL JOE JACKSON.
Its all on tape.

And the BMI publishing site does NOT have a Michael Joseph Jackson listed.
They only have Michael Jackson, Michael J Jackson, and Michael Joe Jackson. If MJ was ever going to use "Michael Joseph Jackson" then that would have to be on there too..

As we can see there's no Michael Joseph Jackson.
**And, like I just said in the other thread, If there were a Michael Joseph at BMI.com then I'd be posting it here too. But there isn't one.. And, there really SHOULD be if Michael was using Joseph for any legal reason.

OK im English but i also have a USA work Visa and residency my Visa document says Kimberley Anne (Surname)
My Green card (Residency card) Says Kim A (Surname)
I dont think its such a big deal and i have never had any problems and its my FIRST name not even my middle name..
