    Another excellent video from TMP20. It is difficult to see how The legend of Billie Jean would not have been inspired by Michael and vice versa!

    3 interesting facts about Tristar the film company that produced/distributed this film:

    TMP20 says that it is due to the film footage that is being used and not much can be done to resolve this issue in the short term.

    One interesting fact I noticed when watching the video was Billie Jean and her friends watching a film about Joan of Arc (Jeanne d'Arc in French)!
    Joan of Arc is one of my favorite heroin and there are interesting connections to be made with Michael:

A peasant girl born in eastern France who claimed Divine guidance, she led the French army to several important victories during the Hundred Years' War, which paved the way for the coronation of Charles VII. She was captured by the Burgundians, sold to the English, tried by an ecclesiastical court, and burned at the stake when she was 19 years old.[3] Twenty-five years after the execution, Pope Callixtus III examined the trial, pronounced her innocent and declared her a martyr.[3] She was beatified in 1909 and canonized in 1920.[2] She is — along with St. Denis, St. Martin of Tours, St. Louis IX, and St. Theresa of Lisieux — one of the patron saints of France.

    Joan was born the daughter of Jacques d'Arc and Isabelle Romée. in Domrémy, a village which was then in the duchy of Bar (later annexed to the province of Lorraine and renamed Domrémy-la-Pucelle). Joan's parents owned about 50 acres (20 hectares) of land and her father supplemented his farming work with a minor position as a village official, collecting taxes and heading the local watch. They lived in an isolated patch of north-eastern territory that remained loyal to the French crown despite being surrounded by Burgundian lands. Several local raids occurred during her childhood and on one occasion her village was burned.
    Joan said she was about 19 at her trial, so she must have been born around the year 1412. She later testified that she experienced her first vision around 1424 at the age of 12 years, when she was out alone in a field and saw visions of figures she identified as Saint Michael, Saint Catherine, and Saint Margaret, who told her to drive out the English and bring the Dauphin to Rheims for his coronation. She said she cried when they left, as they were so beautiful.

    The trial for heresy was politically motivated. The Duke of Bedford claimed the throne of France on behalf of his nephew Henry VI. Joan had been responsible for the rival coronation, hence condemning her was an attempt to undermine her king's legitimacy. Legal proceedings commenced on 9 January 1431 at Rouen, the seat of the English occupation government. The procedure was irregular on a number of points.

    Here is a 2010 interview with Helen Slater, who played Billie Jean in The Legend of Billie Jean. She describes her role as that of a strong (but not TOO strong) feminine character who is fighting for Social Justice. A virtuous female role model, just like Joan of Arc. Ironically, prior to the role as Billie Jean, Helen played Supergirl, in the 1984 film of the same name.

    Helen speaks to the Billie Jean role @ about 4:33 in this video, but it is worth watching the whole interview.

    Once again, TMP video is full of amazing facts that nicely explains how many of the "things" we have SEEN unrolling in front of our eyes fit together.

    - The Long hair versus short hair Parallel: Joan of Arc is shown with Long hair in paintings but she cut her hair to disguise for battle. Billy Jean cut her hair before the broadcast video & "battle ahead" and Never seen before photos of Michael showed him with short hair.

    - "The beginning of the end and the end of the beginning": The 1957 Joan of Arc film (Film Script by Graham Greene) begins with the final scene then flash back and returns to the final scenes to continue through to the end. "This is It" started with the O2 interview, and we have been exploring (nearly) every aspects of Michael's life --
    This also reminded me of "BACK" CRYPTIC references to start and end:
    "Brighter days lie ahead. Alpha --Omega cycles repeat themselves."
    "The Beginning of the tHeOrY---until the End...."
    Will it all get back to the O2 for the final scene?

    - V for Vendetta: David Lloyd and Alan Moore worked on a 10 issues graphic novel of V for Vendetta. The story was only published in 3 countries US, UK and France. Those happen to be the 3 countries that have been at the forefront of Michael's "Hoax"! Coincidence?

    The Legend of Billie Jean is a great movie, but it didn't come out until 1985, so it definitely didn't inspire Michael's song. I also don't think Michael's song had anything to do with the movie. Granted I can see parallels between the social injustices dealt with in the movie, and the social injustices Michael faced, but I don't think there is a link between these two. Parallels can be drawn between all examples of social injustice, because in order for something to be a social injustice, someone must be being treated unjustly (or it wouldn't be a social injustice in the first place).

    I’m thinking about ENDINGS and BEGINNINGS again, and I think that perhaps the “let it burn” comment by Michael, at the end of the "Beat It" sequence, may have played in here. As you said in your post, [glow=red:5gxbc6ea]@TheRunningGirl[/glow:5gxbc6ea], “the Bad Era was the end of Michael's collaboration with Quincy Jones and also the beginning...Michael's first ‘film’ Moonwalker.”

    I am not sure WHICH jacket Michael is burning in TII. There were a few iconic jackets in the BAD Era: Thriller, Billie Jean, Beat It. But the burning of the jacket, I think, is tied in with symbolism of the burning of Joan of Arc at the stake, which in turn connects to the "burning" symbolism in the film, "The Legend of Billie Jean."

    The quote below provides a good synopsis of the FIRE symbolism in "The Legend of Billie Jean" film:
    Now, that second bit of symbolism I wanted to address. Fire. At the end of the movie Billie Jean has a chance to confront Hubie's father face-to-face with a large crowd behind her, watching. Including Hubie, a dirty politician who had had it out for her, and the detective who had turned her away in the first place but ever since had been her biggest (and perhaps only) supporter in law enforcement.

    This man, Hubie's father, Lloyd, has never come clean about what REALLY happened in the upstairs room that day, what he tried to do. But here it all comes out. He's been profiting off of Billie Jean, too. He's erected a large wooden (at least I think its wooden) statue of her to act as a sort of mascot and is selling all kinds of posters, pictures, and t-shirts with her image on them. They sell like hotcakes, of course.

    Lloyd finally, after all this time, agrees to pay the money. He gives even more than she asked for, way more. But, by this time, its gone far beyond the point of the money. She doesn't want it anymore, especially not more than she had asked for. And she knows what this money really is. Its hush money. He sees the writing on the wall and he knows she has more power than he does now.

    Billie Jean tells the truth about what happened, what he tried to do, the dirty things he'd said to her. The whole crowd hears it. Including Hubie. There's a small struggle, Lloyd wants the damage to be minimal, he insists she's lying, and during the struggle she knees him int he groin and shoves him down. When he fell, so did a lantern and it starts a small fire. While that's burning, she tells him where he can put his money and throws it in his face, then walks away. Hubie runs off, and does not answer his father's cries for help to save the remaining things from the fire. No one is hurt in this fire, unless you count Lloyd's pocketbook and reputation.

    But, as the fire burns, all of the memorabilia Lloyd was using to profit off of Billie Jean goes up in flames. And, along with it the large wooden mascot that was the image of Billie Jean, dressed in her new Joan of Ark look, goes up in flames, too, falling atop the rest of the memorabilia, fueling the fire.

    The fire represents many things, but I'm only going to mention a few. First, its an obvious reference to Joan of Ark's burning at the stake. Its also a reference to cleansing fire, righteous fire, and an ending and new beginning.

    Throughout the fire, the theme of the movie is playing, Invincible by Pat Benatar.

You also apologized to me and stated that I didn't deserve how you treated me. I have screen prints of it all.

    I told you I wouldn't go public on the board because you asked me not to. I stayed quiet about our converstation as a truce. I denied your request to help you and that was going to be it. I decided to let it all go and forgive you until I read what you said on this video's (link above) comment page. That broke the truce as far as I am concerned. I was trying to be civil here (even if this is cyber space). I will not be made to look like something I am not.

    Now you have left me no choice but to call you out on the forum since I can't send you a PM on youtube. I have waited patiently for months hoping you would recognize what you did- writing what you have about me AFTER you apologized; and you would remove the comments. How can you be so hypocritical and pretend be something your not?

    I do not care how many videos you make with your imagination connecting things to Michael and I do not care about your fans aka followers just remove the comments and all is good.

    The destription of Pi fits this hoax too.

We simply don't know how much influence MJ has over the media, and the movie industry. I'm not sad one bit that MJ hasn't Bammed after 2 years. This stuff is not learned overnight or in a crash course.
