He was injected by 'Mr X'...

The syringe that was used in the lethal dose of drugs given to Michael Jackson did not have Dr. Conrad Murray's fingerprints, it has been reported.

Jackson's former physician is due to stand trial over the singer's death in three weeks time as he has been accused of involuntary manslaughter. He has been accused of giving Jackson a lethal dose of Propofol.

Murray's prints were not found on the syringe, which supports the physician's case that 'Mr X' gave Jackson the lethal dose before fleeing the scene, with over $1 million in cash, which was reported missing from the Jackson home, reports The News of The World.

A source said: "The mystery fingerprints are the biggest breakthrough for Murray so far. If it is handled right it would mean a jury cannot convict him. All the syringes were vacuum-packed and sterile before use. The fingerprints point to someone else being there and using the fatal syringe."

It has also been reported that police have lost CCTV footage of the Jackson house from the day of Jackson's death in June 2009.

The source continued: "The missing CCTV tape also helps the theory. Bodyguards say they handed over 24 hours-worth of footage from the day, which showed everyone who came and went."

It has been reported that the fingerprints do not belong to any members of the Jackson family or their staff and it is not known who they belong to.

It was recently claimed Michael Jackson could've committed suicide because of financial worries.
