Just read the topic about what happened in Spain and decided to post this here. It concerns ALL of us, no matter what country. Interesting movie for the courageous:)

Thank you for your kind words and I am very glad to share the company of people who despite all odds have retained the ability to think on their own and ask questions. Many blessings to you too...

A documentary like this creates awareness and is necessary. The contradicting beautiful vs horrifying images are certainly effective. Showing the docufilm 'The Inconvenient Truth' on the big screen is an example of getting world attention and giving the 'wake up call' about global warming caused by industrialized civilization. Though one docufilm in cinema's is not enough, I wish more docufilms like this will be produced and shown worldwide. I realize that this won't be a money smash hit and that it will always be a political issue, but who knows. I can't deny that when I see a documentary like this I feel the urge to do something instantly, I feel some fear and despair when I think about the beautiful nature (I enjoyed Yosemite NP last year) which will be destroyed and more environmental dangers will occur in the near future if we don't DO anything. Many of us know this already, but it can't hurt to say it again: there are lots of things we can do or even better not do to reduce global warming, e.g. <!-- m -->http://environment.about.com/od/globalw ... rmtips.htm<!-- m -->,
