New Michael Jackson Domain Names
The Michael Jackson Estate just registered a couple of new domain names related to the first "MichaelFest" event they announced yesterday for this December.
As I previously reported, the MJ Estate registered the "MichaelFest" trademark a year ago. Now we know the reason.

Thank you, Grace, for posting this information. I don't know what to make of this. So, Michael Jackson Company, LLC already had domains reserved already - that is understandable. Even the Michael Joseph is understandable because most people think Michael's middle name is Joseph. And, it seems smart business for the Estate to reserve these additional domains. I can't help but wonder though about all of those domains. I guess I'll have to start visiting each one to see what kind of information they have and if they are all the same info.

You do that only if the event is REALLY important to you and you don't want any third party to interfere with your plans.
But: any domain using Michael's name can be taken down in a second due to brand property rights.
There is NO need at all to register all those domains for the fan fest.
So: are they not knowing in the Estate what they are doing or is this more of a signal to emphasize on the growing importance of fans?
I'm thankful for members here, like you Grace, who know how to dig up these kinds of details.
I remember that there are two Estate names. once it is " The Estate of Michael Joseph Jackson " and the other
is " Estate of Michael Jackson " !
