Michael Flanagan questions witness Dr. Paul White, during Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial in Los Angeles on Friday, Oct. 28, 2011. Murray has pleaded not guilty and faces four years in prison and the loss of his medical licenses if convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Michael Jackson's death. (AP Photo/Paul Buck, Pool)

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - An anesthesia expert testifying for the doctor charged in Michael Jackson's death says he believes the singer gave himself a fatal injection of an anesthetic.

Dr. Paul White says he doesn't see evidence supporting the prosecution theory that Jackson's doctor was infusing the singer with propofol using an IV. He says the theory isn't supported by evidence found at the scene or in Dr. Conrad Murray's statement to police.

White says the evidence recovered in Jackson's bedroom was more consistent with him receiving the anesthetic through an injection.

A prosecution expert had told jurors he believed Jackson's doctor used an IV drip of propofol and said that was the only way to explain the high levels of the drug found in the singer's body.

http://www.winnipegfreepress.com/world/breakingnews/defence-expert-challenges-prosecution-theories-on-drugs-events-before-michael-jacksons-death-132799213.html

Yes, obviously injected it himself, wearing gloves or removing all fingerprints immediately
with a tissue, then hiding the tissue/gloves somewhere and then falling down not breathing.
All with catheter and IV attached to him, being just back from drug-induced sleep. Aha.
Typical behaviour for such patients!

So the 2 experts are contradicting each other. Great crash/.

So how did the high amount of propofol get into MJ's body?
Injection or IV?

If experts can't agree with each other on this, maybe the trial will take longer than we expected.
  • I wonder what the jurors make out of this if there really IS a jury... suspicious//

argue/
Expert fight

 lol, yeah so typical.

And don't forget that MJ tried to inject himself with propofol, but didn't succeed because the syringe broke and rolled under the bed http://www.tmz.com/2011/03/15/dr-conrad-murray-michael-jackson-manslaughter-case-trial-propofol-court-hearing-syringe-propofol/ (did you hear anything about the broken syringe during the trial? :? ) MJ searched for another syringe in the room, didn't succeed and decided to mix the propofol with the leftover orange juice on the nightstand (a orange/"milk" shake ::P ) and drank it, returned to his bed, but before he laid down he realized that he forgot to wipe the spilled propofol (like dr. White did during the trial last Friday ;) , did you see it? ) and searched in the room for tissues  , found some, quickly wiped the propofol and rushed back into bed, before Murray returned. Like you said typical behaviour for such patients
