    Wow, what happened with innocent until proven guilty? You found a demand for investigation. Not proof that he is corrupt. Do you know more about the case? Do you know more about what is behind this? You can't just judge someone based on a filed complaint, that is exactly what happened to Michael when 14 charges were filed against him.

    <br /><br />Not neccessarily....depends who is higher up.  This is about being unfair, and we all know that the court system is corrupt is USA.  I'm just presenting facts, not making accusations.....the letter is making those accusation, and the mere fact that someone has been investigated, makes me suspicious.

    <br /><br />You have a premise that you want to prove true.  Me, I'm torn back and forth between Branca and Sony on MJ's side or not.<br />After over 3 years I feel we are hardly closer to knowing fully who is bad and who good, except for MJ & family-good!

    if i am seeing this right it was filed in 2005 . and they are saying this person doesn't have credentials. is that correct? <br />surely this long something would have come of it by now. <br />doesn't say who did the filing , does it? :icon_e_confused:

    MsFlyingFairy, does a pretty good job in looking at the history of people in Sony, and further back as well as the trail linking on to other people. I found it rather enlightening considering I know very little on the history of America, or even the industry's.
