Michael said he was going to be with his kids and watch tv with them. At the end, he said "But the best is yet to come!" Did the phrase "The best is yet to come" a warning about his hoax?

I think he might have planned a comeback, I'm not sure he's talking about the hoax. Because I'm certain if the 2005 molestation allegations wouldn't have stopped him, he would have given more concerts or produced another CD. I dunno, I always keep thinking about what would have happened in Michael's life if the trial wouldn't have happened.
