Three thoughts:<br /><br />1. Cinco de Mayo - 'a way to commemorate the cause of freedom and democracy' ... enough said.<br /><br />2. 5th May was mentioned on the last update on Katherine's appeal docket, which was what TIAI was redirecting to before this new one. 03/25/2014    Stipulation of extension of time filed to:  Appellant's appendix and opening brief filed. Due on 05/05/2014  By  31 <br />Day(s) filed briefs/additional 30 for opening brief; RB due 60 days <br />(30+30) from filing of opening brief; reply brief due 50 days (20 +30) <br />from RB.

<br /><br />But I have to admit to not understanding whether those other 'additional' days have rendered this (5th May) date invalid!<br /><br />3. Finally, Adi on the other forum pointed out that 5th May 2014 is 1776 days from 25th June 2009, which is kinda interesting if you like TS and his numbers!<br /><br />
