Despite the fact that his name is on a court document which listed people who could potentially file a creditor's claim against the MJ estate, Jermaine called the story "s**t" and ripped us [TMZ] for not knowing the "facts." Fact is -- his name is on the list -- clear as day.

As for the FBI, Jermaine shredded them for waiting so long to release the MJ files saying, "Why didn't they release these files -- showing they had nothing on Michael -- while he was alive?"

If Michael had WANTED the files to be released before 6/25, they would have released them.
Unless they wanted the people to be left in doubt.
But usually, it'S your own choice if you want your own files to be released.

@ninamina.. my understanding is FBI cannot release files on a living person as breaches confidentiality and data protection. I dont think MJ would have had a choice to release them in life.

Well, maybe it's just me. But is it coincidence that only TMZ was at that place to ask Jermaine these questions?

Sorry for the bad English. Honestly, I do not, not at all in this interview with Jermaine. He is the main actor of this "movie" and is only doing their role. The information from the FBI, most likely, were released only with the permission of Michael himself. They are beneficial to him, therefore, Jermaine would no longer have reason to be so angry. Either now or before, were favorable to his brother.
And this supposed fight with TMZ convinced me even less. The intention, then, is clear: to forge an alleged breach of the family with TMZ. Not convinced.
Just see, as stated in the comment above that TMZ was there at the time of this outburst. So ...
