June 04, 2010, (Sawf News) - Katherine Jackson's desire to have just Michael's children in the Encino family home is being resisted by Alejandra Jackson, reports TMZ.
Alejandra is the former wife of Jermaine Jackson and the mother of his two children Jaafar, 13, and Jermajesty, 9. She is also the mother of Randy Jr., 18, and Donte, 17, her children with Randy Jackson.
She and her children share the Jackson family home at Encino with Michael's mother Katherine and Michael's three children - Prince, Paris and Blanket.
In April, Katherine had asked Alejandra to move out with her brood to a San Fernando Valley condo that is also owned by the estate.
Katherine is currently in Indiana. Alejandra was to move out before Katherine's return on June 10. However, TMZ has learnt that Alejandra has engaged the law firm of Trope & Trope to negotiate a separation package.
In the past, Alejandra has battled Jermaine in court for not paying child support.
Katherine, 79, wants Alejandra to move out because she feels managing seven children in the house is a bit much for her.
Katherine's decision to ask Alejandra to leave followed a visit by L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to the Jackson family home at Encino on March 1, after someone connected with the Jackson family tipped them that the Jackson kids were playing with a stun gun in the house.
DCFS confiscated the stun gun and interviewed the children and Jackson family household members over the next few days.
Jermaine Jackson later explained that his 13-year-old son Jafar had ordered the gun online as a present for Jermaine.
Jermaine denied reports that Jaafar had pointed the gun at Michael Jackson's son Blanket
