On MJs Website News Page Has News in Russian

I have been MJs website member since 05,2009, never seen news in any other language but Enlglish. Especially this news did not come from Russia, it is local news about museum that is going to be built in Indiana. Why would be that article posted on Michael's website in Russian? Weird.

    In Gary, the hometown of Michael Jackson, located in Indiana, will be built a museum dedicated to the King of Pop. It was reported the father singer Joe Jackson and Gary authority.

    The project involves the creation of a complex, which, in addition to the museum will include a concert hall, hotel, restaurant and casino. Each year the center will be able to attract about 750 thousand tourists. Construction of the complex is expected to begin in 2011.
