Dr. Conrad Murray is pissed that the California Attorney General is trying to take a second bite out of the apple medical license.

Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, filed legal docs today opposing the A.G.'s renewed attempt to suspend the doc's medical privileges while he awaits trial for the death of Michael Jackson.

A judge has already turned thumbs down to the request, but now the case is before a new judge and the A.G. has renewed the motion.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor will set a trial date during a hearing on Monday ... and he'll probably hear arguments on Murray's license.

  • There is that APPLE again

    Apples...
The apple is a very rich symbol. Temptation is the first one that springs to mind. A very rich, and very old, image is that of a skeleton holding an apple: the temptations/sins that lead to death. The apple also has many American definitions (cultural layer interpretations): the 'Big Apple' refers to New York City, 'as American as apple pie' is one that's been around for a while, along with 'Johhny Appleseed' and his perpetual planting of apples (harvest connotations). A very successful computer company's logo also uses the fruit as a symbol for their product, a very recognizable logo that calls Apple(s) to mind.

Health and naturalness; also renewal of life and the symbol of immortality (the golden apple). Seduction and sexual symbol for breast. (The ideal in the Middle Ages was to have breasts like little apples.) Something that turns into something good (and deservedly so--for instance, William Tell's apple) or, less frequently, something that turns into something bad (see the Apple of Paris).

According to C. G. Jung, they are the symbol of life, an ancient fertility symbol (as are the pomegranate, fig, and quince).

"Got a license to kill (to kill)
And you know I'm heading straight for your heart."

"Licence to Kill (1989) is the sixteenth official entry in the James Bond series"

A plot about CIA, DEA and a drug lord.

"M (Robert Brown) meets Bond in Key West's Hemingway House and orders him to an assignment in Istanbul, Turkey. Bond refuses the assignment and subsequently resigns. M refuses his resignation, saying, "We're not a country club!" However, he suspends Bond and immediately revokes his licence to kill. Bond quickly escapes MI6 custody and becomes a rogue agent, bereft of official backing but later surreptitiously helped by armourer Q (Desmond Llewelyn)."

  • Propofol Saturation with Regular Injections
The autopsy results indicated that the body tissues were saturated with propofol.
Murray stated that he only injected .25 mg (?). Murray admitted that he regularly
injected Michael (aka black person). Therefore, the plasma/vitrous/tissue saturation confirmed a SYSTEMIC 'build up of propofol' because of the REGULAR INJECTIONS of propofol.

    Bloody Shirt
The blood on the shirt should by type matched to the corpse blood to ascertain
a match in propofol quality. The puzzle of the bloody shirt suggests to me a
    coadministration of propofol and blood.

    ...

PRECAUTIONS.) DIPRIVAN Injectable Emulsion should not be coadministered through the same IV catheter with blood or plasma because compatibility has not been established. In vitro tests have shown that aggregates of the globular component of the emulsion vehicle have occurred with blood/plasma/serum from humans and animals. The clinical significance of these findings is not known.

that would mean that the autopsy report was real ( I think it was a fake), and that the bloody shirt had sth to do with blood transfusion...but still, murray is a doctor; shouldn´t he know then how to do that without blood spilling out like that, and hav medical sheets (equipment) in case sth like this happened (blood spill), instead of using a (new, price tagged) shirt??
