HOSPITAL BOSSES FINED FOR ALLEGED JACKSON FILES BREACH

Health officials in California have fined bosses at the Ronald Reagan UCL A Medical Center $95,000 (=C2=A363,300) for allowing staff to peruse the medical records of a patient believed to be MICHAEL JACKSON.
The state regulators have identified the person whose files were breach ed as "a deceased patient" but a source close to the case tells the Los A ngeles Times newspaper the patient is the late King of Pop.
The Jackson family's
legal team had previously been informed by UCLA of ficials that the singer's medical files had been improperly accessed afte r his death last summer (Jun09).
