    I really don't know how to answer this question as I don't believe I had a lot of choice in the matter. You see I got swept into this whole vortex on June25th . At that time something happened inside me. It was a spiritual thing. So I cannot discount the hand of God in this whole situation. So. I guess I want to say that no matter who it was, if I felt that whole leading, guiding and inescapable drawing, I would have responded.

    i think it is really hard for most people to fathom what we are trying to tell them about how we came to be here. i don't think it can be explained only experienced
    i know that is gonna sound nuts to most people . what else can i say

    Doesn't matter. But it is nice that you know what I'm trying to say. Must say that I love this place. Seems we are all slightly eccentric. I am right at home.

    Option one.
    I don't even like pop. I like metal. It's funny that I love MJ's music, huh... Michael Jackson should be it's own music genre! I'm having a hard time thinking MJ's music as pop. I don't know why. Oh well! Still, option one.

    I think exactly the same ! I listen to metal also, and to MIchael's music. To me it's not pop or anything else, It's MICHAEL. I can't explain.
    If he wasn't king of pop I would listen to it just the same. I'm not into other kind of pop music...

    And I must say, I don't like everything in Michael's music. Sometime when I hear a song I just think "oh Mike, you need to explain me this one, cause I really wonder...where did you get that ? "

    For Me, he doesn't even need to be an entainer, just him. His kind heart, his compassion for other human beings, his love of God, and just his whole being. He is,I feel something very special that is very hard to find in this world. For me, I wasn't a FAN, never went to a concert, hardly listened to his music, but for some unknown reason to me, a guiding force brought to me a feeling of excessive interest in this man that I never knew. I find myself enthrawed with where is he ? How is he ? I can't explain this, all I know is that I won't resist this, nor will I rest until I know the answer for myself. I know God will provide my answer.

    She drives me wild, with all this "HONK HONK" stuff <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> but anyway, I never "kissed every step he made". I mean, I have my own feelings and sometime I don't like, can't really explain...

    It's just to say that even if he wasn't king of pop I would be there, no matter what. It's not only a "music success" matter <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) --> I'm here also for a man that is the most kind, the most caring, such a heart...he doesn't need to be "king of something" to get my love and support

  • To me, MJ is the king of MUSIC, friendship, love, and truth. He introduced me and taught me in depth of all those things.

    If MJ was the king of country music or thrash or some other genre that I didn't listen to, I probably would not be here. For me, it's the music that attracts me, certainly initially. I know MJ is about much more than the music but if any other star were doing this, I doubt I would be interested.

    You took the words right out of my mouth! I can't stand Country & Western, Hip Hop, Rap; so I kinda doubt if it was someone who's music never appealed to me, I would have had this reaction. I was unable to to take the poll, cause I honestly could not come up with an answer. That question was like a "Brain Teaser" and my brain just not up for teasing right now <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: -->

    If Michael Jackson was NOT the King of Pop, would you really be on this site?

    Yes. It would not have mattered if he was the King of Cornball and "comb-made" kazoos.
    It had nothing to do with the music.

    I came looking on deathhoax sites in order to validate as sane and savvy, some weird suspicions and off the wall <!-- s:? -->:?<!-- s:? --> observations concerning the bizarre <!-- s:roll: -->:roll:<!-- s:roll: --> death of someone who's haunted my soul since I was 13. He had me at "Hee hee hee" with theJ5. Is THAT "pop"???

    He reeled me in with IJCSLY, on an Easy Listening channel... <!-- s8-) -->8-)<!-- s8-) -->

    But, the "King of POP" reminds me of MJ and Bazooka Joe <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> <!-- s:!: -->:!:<!-- s:!: -->

    He's the King of Pop, Rock and Soul, Backbone Slip and Show tunes, and Scattin' <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D --> . But mostly he seems to be, "Lord of the Dance" or, the "KING of HEARTs"... <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->

    I think only a few things would CHALLENGE <!-- s:? -->:?<!-- s:? --> <!-- s:? -->:?<!-- s:? --> me as I tried to appreciate him: accordians, bagpipes, and corn liquor jugs!! <!-- s:o -->:o<!-- s:o --> <!-- s:P -->:P<!-- s:P --> <!-- s:P -->:P<!-- s:P --> <!-- s:P -->:P<!-- s:P --> <!-- s:P -->:P<!-- s:P -->

    I think of Michael as being an artist, not a pop musician. His talent and scope go far beyond any of the popular artists. I predict he'll go down in history.

    MJ definitely has a music genre all to himself! His versatility over the years, and even within a single album, show a true musician, not just a 'pop star'.

    As to why I'm on this site - well, it's the same as others have said. I enjoyed his music all my life, was sad but accepted his 'death', until February when I was inexplicably drawn, led and guided to find out more about this man I never knew. I would never have thought I could be so affected by someone I didn't even know.

    I don't believe in God, but sometimes it makes me wonder ...... especially when I hear so many others with the same experience. Some incredible force has brought us all here - could a mere man, even one as great as Michael, do that? I don't know.
