I don't think this a joke. First, he misspelled last name "Kavorkian", should be "Kevorkian"- "doctor death"
who was helping terminallly ill people to die without chemo therapies, long last hopeless treatments, etc.
There is also movie about him starred by Al Pacino.

Now, this freak, compares monkey to MJ, whom he gave cookies, but "monkey dipped it in Propofol and ate to death". That is my understanding. However, I can't get connection between Dr. Kevorkian and monkey who, basically according to freak, commited suicide. He might want to say Dr. Conrad (Kevorkian) only helped him?????? <!-- s:?: -->:?:<!-- s:?: -->
