Him defending Randy is at 4:54 but this whole clip is cool to watch. You can also tell that MJ really did not like the guy sitting next to him. I also think the guy who is asking him the questions is drunk. You can youtube the rest of the interview to see why I think that.

    the man is McKleen Stevenson from MASH. he is probably not drunk ( with him you are never really sure) that is just his type of humor.
