I don't know if it's another clue but Monarch butterflies are currently migrating as an army <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->
Millions of monarch butterflies arriving in Mexico
Mexico is witnessing an annual picturesque spectacle as millions of monarch butterflies are arriving there from Canada and northern United States for winter.
These butterflies travel thousands of miles before settling in mountainous woods of central Mexico.
Five generations of monarch butterflies replace one another before spring comes.
However, the youngest generation knows the way back, a phenomenon which scientists yet have not managed to explain.

Knowing that the Monarch butterfly migrates annually to Mexico and Janet talks quite enthousiastically in a George Lopez show about her and Michael's favourite food, which is Mexican and perhaps there are more links leading to Mexico in this forum, it might be interesting when you connect the dots.
"The name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly."

and the Monarch:
As far as I can see it's the Monarch Butterfly on his shoulder.

I think there is, like I posted above:

A butterfly means change or transformation and in some religions resurrection. I think that the Monarch butterfly is chosen because it is a threatened specie <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->

They are a symbol of change, joy, and color. (There is also an association of Faerie folklore with butterflies.) Their flight appears as dancing, and a reminder not to take things so seriously.
They have a sense of lightness and joy. They are reminders to get up and move, for if you can move you can dance, and dance brings joy.
The butterfly is a powerful symbol for transformation. It leaves the safety of the cocoon in it's new form. This is an excellent image for anyone contemplating, or in the midst of a major change. A butterfly is a strong symbol of metamorphosis, with distinct stages.
The butterfly is a reminder to make changes when the opportunity arises. Change and transformation are inevitable for us all, but it does not have to be traumatic. Butterfly symbolism is also closely tied to the idea of spirits and souls. It has been used in many religions and cultures.
Psyche is the Greek word for both soul and butterfly. The belief was that butterflies were human souls searching for a new reincarnation, which gave the creature uncanny and sometimes ominous connotations. This symbolism was also used in early Christianity as a symbol of the soul.

Symbols of the Butterfly
Departed souls
Round the world, butterflies are seen as the departed souls of our ancestors. Indigenous people recognise the chrysalis as the soul trapped inside in the body. The emergence of the adult butterfly symbolises the freedom of the soul upon death.
Butterflies and metamorphosis
The change from caterpillar though to the chrysalis and emergence as a butterfly is the greatest change in the animal world. It symbolises significant change in the course of one’s life, personality or way of thinking.
The caterpillar stage with its voracious appetite has been linked to insatiable materialism. The chrysalis stage represents fundamental changes occurring on the inside, for example in one’s mentality or point of view. The final adult butterfly stage is seen as the free expression of these changes in the outside world.
Psyche
The Greeks likened the butterfly’s constant flitting from flower to flower to the restlessness of the mind: constantly changing from subject to subject. Indeed, the Greek word for butterfly is ‘psyche’ from where we get our word ‘psychology’ – the study of the mind.
Modern day symbols
In the western world, the symbol of the butterfly stands for freedom, fun and joyous times. It is also symbolises a state of naturalness and purity.

Symbolism of the Monarch Butterfly
The Life Cycle of the Monarch Butterfly
The Monarch is from the species Lepidoptera, with a very unique life cycle. Monarches start their lives as tiny eggs, which eventually hatch into butterfly larvae. The first stage of the butterfly's life is a birth as a caterpillar. The caterpillar eats a tremendous amount of food relative to its body size, and eventually finds a tree where it attaches and forms a pupa. Within this pupa, the caterpillar transforms itself into the stunningly beautiful Monarch butterfly. It is easy to understand why so many traditions and cultures across the world embrace the Monarch butterfly as a symbol of extreme transformation and change from something earthly and material into something spiritual and free. It is no surprise that Greek culture has embraced the butterfly as a symbol of the soul.

Butterflies as an Egyptian Symbol
The Ancient Egyptians saw a similarity between the cloth wrappings of their mummies and the chrysalis of a butterfly. Both the Egyptians and the Greeks, who placed golden butterflies in their tombs, associated the butterfly as a symbol of resurrection, new life, and immortality.

The Butterfly as a Christian Symbol
The butterfly has long been a Christian symbol of resurrection, for it disappears into a cocoon and appears dead, but emerges later far more beautiful and powerful than before.
As a symbol of Christ's resurrection after three days in the grave, the butterfly is seen especially around Easter. But the butterfly is also a symbol of every Christian's hope of resurrection from the dead.
