something has been bugging me about this. sure it is a catchy book title . and it is a lovely song. but is it a song to be sung for a funeral?
can someone take a look at the song and see if it seems strange to you that it would be sung at the funeral? if so could you get the lyrics here for me. thank you

perhaps it is just me being weird again. idk

  • Chorus:
    Never can say goodbye
    No no no no, I
    Never can say goodbye

Even though the pain and heartache
Seems to follow me wherever I go
Though I try and try to hide my feelings
    They always seem to show
Then you try to say you're leaving me
And I always have to say no...

    Tell me why
    Is it so

    That I
    Never can say goodbye
    No no no no, I
    Never can say goodbye

Everytime I think I had enough
I start heading for the door
    There's a very strange vibration
That pierces me right to the core
It says turn around you fool
You know you love her more and more

    Tell me why
    Is it so
    Don't wanna let yo go

    (Chorus)

I keep thinkin that our problems
Soon are all gonna work out
But there's that same unhappy feeling and there's that anguish, there's that doubt
*It's that same old did ya hang up
*Can't do with you or without
    Tell me why
    Is it so
    Don't wanna let you go

    (Chorus)

I think it's more about the title and chorus of the song than the verses. Probably wasn't a whole lot of thought put into much more than that.
  • i have been wondering more about the connection to clifton davis actually. remember looking at the funeral video where someone thought that he was saying to liz taylor something about he misses you. also the minister from the memorial has been on his show at least twice now talking about his association with randy. this minister was the only one in the listing for the memorial listed as not portraying himself but his name portraying reverand although he is a minister <!-- s:? -->:?<!-- s:? --> then smokey robinson when ask about favorite michael song saying never can say goodbey cause i won't .not to mention this minester from out of nowhere gives the closing prayer when we have al sharpton , jesse jackson and clifton davis (who is also supposed family friend) who are ministers .
just seems odd to me. idk what wasn't odd about the whole thing?
  • It is and basically was a love song. I heard that song when I was 12 years old.
You guys are reading to much into nothing. Sometimes the things you guys post on here make no sense or you do not have common sense.

I know some of you are very young and just started following MJ. But please do not complicate things no more than they have to be.

That is true. It is easier when your young to have some fun with conspiracy too. EVERYTHING is happening and related. "It is a great adventure" <!-- s:-) -->:-)<!-- s:-) -->..but unfortunately it can muddle up the facts that need investigated.

Nevertheless, this song tells a lot and was chosen for a reason.
