Foe exemple look here what I discovered about SAW 7 3D alternative posters:
I'm the only one who see some connection here???
The first poster reminded me about History album and the big statue from the teaser <!-- s:shock: -->:shock:<!-- s:shock: -->

The second about love and that someone here said that the hands from Hold my had poster looks like a heart <!-- s:idea: -->:idea:<!-- s:idea: -->

The heart as a symbol would just fit for me to this song. When I hear this song I think of Michael's "I Have This Dream" - when he encourages people to hold each other's hands.

HEART symbolises LOVE, this is why I think it's possible that the form of the hands shows a heart for us, telling that LOVE is the most important thing.
