Does E'Casanova have anything to with the death hoax?

Hi i was watching a video on Youtube and there is something that i found very strange. There is this monument for Michael ( after he died ) and it shows pictures all around the edge and a few in the middle. These pictures range from when he was a kid, to the 2000s but what i found odd, was that one of the middle pictures, was a picture of E'Casanova. Does he have anything to do with the death hoax? Maybe the person that put that there couldnt tell the difference or didnt know what they where doing, but who knows.
