Hapy b-day Eliza! I wonder why we don't hear anything from the case, because apparently it's a good b-day, so what went on?
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
Happy birthday Eliza.
For that nobody has spoken about Eliza's case?, she has not done it either.
Has it to see LMP's trip with all that?, there is algun agreement?, questions, questions... <!-- s:roll: --><!-- s:roll: -->

The 27th anniversary (999). Interesting.

well the previous redirect was about Elvis's 76th birthday, and perhaps LMP being in LA because of that. so maybe this redirect is about Elvis/Jesse having the best birthday ever, and TS would know because...? <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->

Oh, Bingo- I knew if I just went to sleep I would wake up to you wonderful sleuthes coming up with good stuff! YES!
Yeah, I bet TS got a good laugh at all of us scurrying...
Also, interesting thought that Thriller MIGHT be connected to Michael's real birthday if Aug 29th 1958 was not it.
Small tidbit on the side: Jackie tweeted last night for all the partyers to not drive, tweet, and drink, or something like that. That tweet came in right after TS's redirect. (will post in tweeting section).

Interesting because 4 days later was the Pepsi accident on 1/27/1984. Thursday will be it's 27th anniversary.

That idea makes sense, but then there are other possible birthdays/anniversaries and confusion over the time zone/redirection time. Can you give us a little clue TS? How many candles?
I hope Eliza is doing ok. She has the truth herself, but by losing this case some people will always think of her as a fake and a golddigger. That's unfair but unfortunately how it works in the world these days.

This is sad. Jesse/ Elvis, if he is indeed alive, must stand out for this woman. She just wants legally to have a father.
I am not sure either. Her poem has a sad aura. Today was her -day, may be has nothing to do with the court, but has to do that the people that she expected did not come to her celebration, as Jesse.

Death-Knell doctrine is a rule that allows an interlocutory appeal to be filed in cases where not allowing the appeal until final judgment would moot the issue on appeal and cause irreparable injury to the appellant's rights. This was recognized as an exception to the final-judgment rule but the doctrine was later limited by the U.S. Supreme Court in Coopers & Lybrand v. Livesay, 437 U.S. 463 (U.S. 1978) where the court held that the fact that an interlocutory order might induce a party to abandon his claim before final judgment was not a sufficient reason for considering it a "final decision." However the doctrine is still applicable in some contexts. For example, the doctrine allows an immediate appeal of the denial of a temporary restraining order when the lack of an appeal would leave nothing to be considered in the trial court. [Woratzeck v. Arizona Bd. of Exec. Clemency, 117 F.3d 400 (9th Cir. Ariz. 1997)]

1/23/11(call me) naive
(call me) naive
(call me) naive and i would disagree
how could that be?
it doesn’t fit me
but now as i look back
the words that felt like an attack
i see now they were a fact
tell me who won, tell me who lost
and what did it all mean?
not sure what to say
or even to do
i thought as long as i had the truth
that it could win
just so you know
I did my best
I just never realized that in part
I had lost from the start
or that losing this way would crush my heart.
no one should have anymore worries
their secrets are safe once again
those secrets that will be taken to many graves
by those that never even gave
a single thought to the turmoil and waves
so can you tell me if being naive
also means being a fool?
while I so naively thought you cared
as my very soul was bared,
did you ever care how I fared?
they say that money makes
the world go around
tell me daddy, if you were here
like me, would you shed a tear?
you held your daughter dear.
(call me) naive cause i believed the lies,
never being wise
to what was under the guise.
i cannot shed anymore tears,
i no longer have fears
and i hold the real truths dear.
i leave these words
to go and rest
so go ahead (call me) naïve as a child
as my thoughts run wild
my words always meek and mild.
it looks like in my fight
it was always david vs. goliath, right?
it has extinguished my light.
i do believe in miracles
just to let you know
i have spent 20 years of my life
twisted in this strife,
innocent enough that i never saw the knife.
they say that friends
can come and go
they also say that blood is
thicker than water
i have met so very many
people that don't have any
motives other than to be my lucky penny.
for all that hoped i would fail
this is my legal death knell,
you must be happy in your own private hell.
these words, emotions and pain
could go on forever
i want to thank those that
offered their hearts
no matter this outcome
a presley i shall always be
for my daddy that tried to make it right,
i know you would have joined this fight
and i hold your love for me in truth and light.

Happy Birthday Eliza...I love you. Have a good day today and always.
I am sad because of your heartache, I feel your pain, struggles and longing to belong.
You are in my prayers always.
Peace
This composition makes me wonder if the "Court Case" is going well. It doesn't sound victorious. I hope I'm wrong.
