Yes, it may infringe copyrights.
But my thoughts were those when the first movie copies were uploaded in the web:
1) the movie was meant a gift from Michael to his fans
2) there were many locations where movie theaters would not play the movie or people were too far away from having the opportunity to watch it
3) I thought it was astounding that the illegal copies appeared with kyrillic subtitles (Russia or alike). I thought it was purpose.

one thing id love to know . if these are DVD Rips which they seem to be, Who the heck has a DVD copy? the movie isnt out yet until 26 january at Least (ive to wait till feb 22nd <!-- s:( -->:(<!-- s:( --> )

and if someone has got a DVD of it, then why not give us the 2 extra performances???
