The Bahamas sound AMAZING I would really like to go there. I also would like to go to the Dominican Republic...I have a friend who is from there and I've heard the sand, ocean and hotels are amazing, it's so clean and refreshing.
For many years it's been well known in the hotel industry worldwide that this suite at The Atlantis is referred to as the Michael Jackson suite. No mystery there.
And it's not just wealthy vacationers who stay in it, corporations and incentive groups who host conferences at the hotel also use it - and they do NOT pay full rate, that I can assure you. It's also comped to high rollers - and often!
That the suite is booked out for the next 5 years may or may not be fact (I very much doubt it), it could simply be an exaggeration and have bookings over the next 5 years and not necessarily every single night! <!-- s --><!-- s --> Resort staff, like tour guides, are notorious for getting their facts wrong.
If any of you think MJ may be holed up in that suite.... that is simply ludicrous (on so many levels <!-- s:roll: -->:roll:<!-- s:roll: -->). The jungle grapevine in a hotel or resort is far more effective in spreading gossip and news than any media outlet!
