Patience is a virtue. Believe me who waits gets good things in life. We just need to hang on a little longer that is all. I think we owe it to Michael. Positive and have faith.. keep yourselves occupied and you will see how the time will pass by. Go out with friends, have fun, just don't dwell on this 24 hrs a day... I am trying to help you guys, I am also a pshychologist so I know that for a fact the more you do things for yourselves the better you will feel inside and you will regenerate and will be more positive. In a court session on February 13, 2004, it was revealed that the defense had just received 400 pages of evidence from the lead prosecutor and that hundreds more were expected. The judge said he wanted the trial to begin before the end of 2004.

I will give you a suggestion, more an advice take a break, do something for yourself, go to a spa, go away for the weekend. Michael does not want any one of his fans to get sick over his hoax. You need to focus on yourself right now. This is what I am doing and it works wonders.. This advice is for everyone. I know the wait can be so tireing, and agravated, remember something there is always a reason for something. Just think Michael may have not finished what he had to do! Hope this will help everyone...
I'm sure he doesn't want us to suffer but this is what we do - and he had to know that this would happen before he started this hoax.
About taking a break: I just took a break, I read only a few news about the hoax during last month.
But although it is good not to focus that much on the hoax, it is still frustrating not knowing the truth (not just that whether he is alive or not, but WHY he is doing this hoax).
I don't know what Michael is doing, why he is doing it, but I have to tell that I really don't like this hoax, I never did.
And the longer it goes the more frustrating it is.
After september we will wait for 2012 because 2012 is such a popular, and then we will wait for 2013 because the 4 years in which we have to get it right are fulfilled. So the end of 2013 is the deadline. I don't want to end like <!-- selvis_/ -->elvis_/<!-- selvis_/ --> fans.

Exactly spend your energy in more important stuff in your life. Yes Michael is important but we all do have a life, and we all do have a family and friends. Life is very short so enjoy every moment . Spend time with them go out to watch a movie. This hoax is upsetting for all of us, but yet entertainment. You have to admit some stuff are funny. I am finding this very interesting. It's probably a coinsidence, but, how weird that the news of Osama being killed and then the guests on Oprah's show today is President Obama.
Then, they said on CNN today, that the Conrad Murray trial has been postponed for another FOUR months. Which will be sometime in September.

The people around me who keep insisting that MJ is dead always throw back at me "why would they send a man to prison if he's not dead?" And I ask them "how do you know he will go to prison? How do we know if he will even go to trial, let alone to prison?" Look at how quickly they took the people to trial who they felt were responsible for the death of Anna Nicole Smith. The difference here is that Ms. Smith actually died!

When it comes to getting his day in court, hopefully the fall will be it for Dr. Conrad Murray.
The long-awaited trial for Michael Jackson's physician, which was originally set to kick off next week with opening statements, has been moved to September after the Los Angeles judge presiding over the case granted a request for a delay from Murray's attorneys.

Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor declared he's suspending this week's jury screening process and dismissing all potential panelists who filled out lengthy questionnaires after the cardiologist's camp petitioned for the postponement, saying they needed more prep time to cross-examine prosecution expert witnesses.
In ruling on the motion filed over the weekend, His Honor said it was the fair thing to do so Team Murray could resolve all outstanding issues in mounting their defense. That includes countering testimony of a "preeminent anesthesiologist" whom the D.A. plans to call in order to show that the King of Pop could not have given himself propofol orally.
Pastor ordered Jackson's personal physician to stand trial in January on an involuntary manslaughter charge after Murray was accused of injecting the entertainer with a lethal dose of the sedative on June 25, 2009, resulting in Jackson's death.
Murray, who also had his medical license suspended, has pleaded not guilty.

I just want to tell that I really don't find anything funny in this hoax. This forum is a nice place, we have fun here sometimes, but it's not because this hoax is partly funny (I mean for me it's not), it's because we need to relax sometimes.
Probably noone died, but we cannot be 100% sure, we don't know it, we just think/believe/hope that Michael is alive. But we don't know. The later Michael comes back (if he ever does) the later we will know the truth.
Okay, maybe there will be no trial and he will come back before September, but maybe he won't come back ever.
I should care about Michael much less - then I could feel better, relax. But as I want the best for him, I just can't be so calm and patient because who knows what is going on. Again we can't be sure he is alive, maybe this hoax is not Michael's hoax and some people are fooling with us. And if the last one is the case, then I don't want to be fooled for years.
So- we have heard so much about the trial...and there has been so much lunacy and over the top news about it- such as the "Murray wants a pig in court" news this Friday. Well...maybe, the return will happen- and with the trail being pushed back, it (trial) never has to start. But all the prelims and odd circumstances and evidences can still be part of the overall project.
