It's either to continue the controversy and have people talking about MJ or it's just Jermaine being bitter and jealous towards Michael because he is about to return to the limelight and Jermaine will be back in his shadow.

Yes why does he?...maybe MJ is letting him have to spotlight now until he is ready to comeback...one of the people who is the main spokesperson (interviews) or giving clues is Jermaine and we are constantly looking at him for that...we keep an extra eye on him, so that's what keeps him at the forefront until MJ comes back.
