GREEN SCREEN - Why so prominent

I don't know about anyone else, but I really wondered about the prominence of the green screen in This is It. We can explain the multiplying guys as a call for the Army of Love. But what about the whole scene where MJ is green screened before he appears in the movie. I guess it's interesting, but is there another message?

Is Michael demonstrating how things can be faked, that seeing is NOT believing? Which begs the question, how much of the news is real and how much is the work of the man behind the green screen?

Michael very well could have been trying to show us how deceiving things in the media, or in
movies can be! I am still wondering how authentic the funeral was and I will always believe that
there was some sort of green screening involved there!! NO wind whatsoever, no birds in the
sky, and on a hot day like it was, NO ONE at that funeral was sweating!! <!-- serrrr -->errrr<!-- serrrr -->
Maybe Michael wanted to subconsciously put the green screen idea in our head so that we would
second guess the funeral??? <!-- s8-) -->8-)<!-- s8-) -->
Its really something to consider!

Wow, I have watched so many of those shows and didn't even realize that the background were fake...also on a side note that song is the Cold Case theme song.

Everything is an illusion. We can't even believe what we see with our own eyes. Why should we believe what someone else tells us they have seen?

This is hard to explain but the actors in front of the green screen just don`t sit right, your eyes can detect that somethings
not quite right.I get the same feeling when watching the funeral footage as the ladies get out of the black car.It`s good but your instinct feel that it`s fake.It`s just hard to explain .

How much of the news do people think is green screen? Frankly, I thought the footage of the tsunami looked fake. And the Egyptian revolution? As we all know they can take 12 guys and multiply them.
