    Christian Audiger designer(Ed Hardy) and his wife was supposedly to move in but as far as we know they didn't. What I had heard, was that Audiger would have purchased the house keep Michael furniture in tacked and on the death anniversary, he would open the house to the fans, just like Elvis in Graceland. So far nothing was  done.
