[size=14pt]MICHAEL JACKSON'S SON PRINCE TO GIVE 'KEY EVIDENCE' IN HIS DAD'S MANSLAUGHTER TRIAL[/size]<br /><br />The DA’s office and his relatives believe Prince Michael’s evidence is crucial to the case against Dr Murray and could even blow his entire defence out of the water.<br /><br />A source close to the Jackson family<br /><br /><br />MICHAEL Jackson’s son Prince Michael is to be a star prosecution witness in the manslaughter trial of the King of Pop’s doctor.<br /><br />The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has confirmed Michael Jackson’s 14-year-old son will give “key evidence” against heart specialist Dr Conrad Murray.<br /><br /><br />And yesterday a family source revealed: “Both the DA’s office and his relatives believe Prince Michael’s evidence is crucial to the case against Dr Murray and could even blow his entire defence out of the water.<br /><br /><br />“It’s going to be one hell of an ordeal for the youngster but he’s a brave boy and he’s ready.”<br /><br /><br />Dr Murray denies involuntary manslaughter.<br /><br /><br />His defence team have said they will set out to prove that Jackson did not die from the regular dosage of anaesthetic propofol administered by Dr Murray.<br /><br /><br />Instead, they will claim he suffered a fatal overdose in June 2009, aged 50, after “topping up” with illicit supplies of the drug he kept hidden in his master bedroom.<br /><br /><br />Prince Michael, Jacko’s eldest son, is likely to give evidence early next month after jury selection. <br /><br />http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/view/211501/Michael-Jackson-s-son-prince-to-give-key-evidence-in-his-dad-s-manslaughter-trial/Michael-Jackson-s-son-prince-to-give-key-evidence-in-his-dad-s-manslaughter-trial

    I think we should wait and see if Prince is going to testify at all. I doubt so and right, Kai said kids did not go upstairs, they stayed with nanny....were praying.

    Oh I get it. prince is going to do exactly what the headline says, give KEY evidence... it just may not be in the courtroom like one might be prone to assuming, such as the journalist who wrote this article did.

    I do believe Prince is going to testify. He is the STAR Witness. I don't know what he is going to come with but he will.  /cook/

    Perhaps I'm not thinking clearly (had a trying weekend) however, if anyone involved in the hoax states that MJ is in fact dead they are committing perjury. Unless the whole trial is a shame (for good purposes of course) and there's of course the sting operation.
