Murray has no criminal history, and he's been a model citizen and good doctor for all of his professional life -- except, of course, with the whole Michael Jackson thing.

Sources say Murray's lawyers are getting statements from the doc's patients, to demonstrate his commitment to good medicine.

Murray faces a maximum of 4 years in State prison, although he will never serve a day in prison because of a new California law. If Murray is sentenced to 4 years, he'll serve a maximum of 2 in L.A. County Jail, and he could be eligible for house arrest.

http://www.tmz.com/2011/11/15/conrad-murray-probation/#.TsLipj2PXpA

Deleted. Sorry, mistake. It was in another article.

http://www.tmz.com/2011/11/15/michael-jackson-death-bed-juliens-auction/

I said I found it a bit strange the way the say "This is it comeback" alone. I haven't seen them, I think, saying it like that. At least "This is it tour/concerts". It might be nothing, but I raised a brow while reading.

Before the verdict I always believed he won't serve one day in prison. Now we'll have to wait and see.
  • Why would the judge give him probation instead of jail time if he wouldn't even let him be free during the time between verdict and sentencing?? Of course we could come up with numerous hoaxy reasons why or why not, but I'm just looking at this from a non-believers point of view.

p.s. Flannypants looks like he needs a good facial or two.
  • "sources directly connected with the case tell TMZ"??
Michael, that wasnt you, was it? suspicious//

Strait jacket please geek/
