I have done a bit of research on Akon after being prompted by another thread which posted a prank call to MJ pretending to be Akon.. so i think the two must have been friends and MJ liked him and trusted him. Here is the video and lyrics of Akons tribute song

This line makes me happy and sad all at the same time. I was crying myself to sleep last night after hearing it but it also makes me hope our angel will come back to us and that he is safe and happy.
