AEG Lawyer won't Stipulate MJ as Dead

AEG Lawyer won't stipulate Michael Jackson as being dead. Could the hoax be revealed after this trial?  <br /> <br /><br />This could be the beginning of the revelation of the hoax.

    Yeah that was strange to say the least. Maybe that the purpose this was supposed to serve is served and they can only "stipulate" that in order to move forward into this trial. ? Maybe.  :smiley-vault-misc-150:

    Sorry guys, you're a little late-- that was from Monday. In the trial today, he conceeded to the stipulation that Michael is dead. So it's a dead issue now! :)<br />
