Jackson Estate, Sony Pulling Leaked Track.

Yesterday I made a thread, New Michael Jackson song!! (Another clue?!)..

Now TMZ have made a new article, Jackson Estate, Sony Pulling Leaked Track.
Posted Jan 4th 2010 1:58PM by TMZ Staff
Every Michael Jackson fan was overjoyed at the new song
that leaked this weekend -- everyone except his record label, Lenny Kravitz and all of Michael's lawyers.

Sources tell TMZ the Jackson song, called "Another Day" and done with Lenny Kravitz, was never meant to see the light of day. We're told Sony, with the support of Jackson's estate lawyers, wants to have the song pulled off the Internet.

For his part, Lenny Kravitz posted a video saying he didn't leak the song and he has no idea how it got out there.

He says the song is not mixed and not a final version.

Weird.. Huh? <!-- s:roll: -->:roll:<!-- s:roll: -->
'Lenny Kravitz posted a video saying he didn't leak the song and he has no idea how it got out there.'

It was said that Janet/LaToya had a hardisk full with unreleased Michael Jackson songs, that no one ever had heared. When Lenny Kravitz doesn't know who leaked this song, and Michael Jackson basically own Sony.. And LaToya/Janet are sitting with alot of unreleased music.. Isn't it obvious who have leaked this song? And why TMZ have wrote this article, when they build the leak of the song even more up.

    I heard LaToya say that the hard drive and money was taken from Michael's home even before they got there the day he died.
  • I guess Michael needed his money to go wherever it was that he was going and his unreleased music to do with has he chose!!!! Maybe MJ himself is giving us clues by releasing the songs.
  • OMG, i can't stop laughing! Check this out, guys, the clones invaded TMZ boards too!!!

    AAAAHHHHH!!! <!-- s:D -->:D<!-- s:D -->
  • I know this sounds far-fetched, but could it be Michael himself leaked the track to frustrate Sony/AEG or maybe instructed Janet and LaToya to do so?????? Just a thought! <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: -->

    That would be a cool move! <!-- s:) -->:)<!-- s:) -->

    But I'm afraid quite a few roguish people might have had access to MJ's unreleased material, in fact it's been leaking from 2007 or so, however at that time it didn't receive as much attention as it's getting now.

    It could as well be used BY Sony as part of marketing strategy for the future releases to stir the demand, coz by then even abstemious buyers would be curious to hear what's the whole fuss is about. In fact I find it too soon after MJ 'death' that the talks of '100+ unreleased tracks' appeared in the media.

    But what about the other 'leaks': Pepsi commercial accident and 1996 court deposition, which appeared in the net almost simuntaneously in July. That makes you wonder <!-- s:? -->:?<!-- s:? -->

    I am dying laughing this evening as I read this post. I went through the comments on TMZ last night. I read the comments I was wondering who leaked the track. I do believe it was MJ himself. Interesting to hear that Lenny did not leak the track himself.

    $ony Records, this is a special dedication to you:

    You can't believe it, you can't conceive it
    and you can't touch me, 'cause I'm untouchable
    and I know you hate it, and you can't take it
    You'll never break me, 'cause I'm unbreakable

    Now you can't stop me even thought you think
    that if you block me, you've done your thing
    and when you bury me underneath all your pain
    I´m steady laughin', while surfacing

    Don't you ever make no mistake
    baby I've got what it takes
    and there's no way you'll ever get to me
    Why can't you see that you'll never ever hurt me
    'cause I wont let it be, see I'm too much for you baby

    You can try to stop me, but it wont do a thing
    no matter what you do, I'm still gonna be here
    Through all your lies and silly games
    I'm a still remain the same,I'm unbreakable
  • Okay, I could believe that LaToya or Janet could have release the song. But I think they would be upfront about it AND I think that they would release the WHOLE song. This to me just confirms that Michael is the one doing this.

    If that were the case, then why not leak the whole song? There are many songs that were "leaked" before Michael "died." You would think that more of them would leak afterwards. But so far, only two have leaked. (This Is It don't count since it was officially published for the movie) And the two songs that have leaked are only snippets and the message in them is somewhat conicendental to the hoax.
  • bahaha this is awesome great!!! If latoya and janet were telling the truth about the tracks being missing before they got to the house...then maybe Michae took em and is now releasing them through the internet <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> just to piss sony off heehee <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> <!-- s:lol: -->:lol:<!-- s:lol: --> and that comment left by "mj" cracks me up because it makes no sense at all and doesnt sound like a good ellaborate clue bahaha...this whole thing just cracks me up bahahaha!!!

    YOU GO MICHAEL!!! SHOW EM WHOS BOSS!!!...Love You More!!!

    Wow wow wow that would be awesome! Hee! What's the other song that was leaked?
  • wait if im not mistaken...aren't there 2 songs that have been leaked??... like A Place Without No Name or something like that??...how come they are not making a big deal about the other leaked song????? <!-- s:? -->:?<!-- s:? -->
  • Funny, I had a different reaction from u guys, when I heard that Lenny, MJ's lawyers and "Sony" were not happy about the leak, I really thought Sony meant MJ, coz he does own half the shares, no? And Lenny said in his video that the song was not in it's final version, a DJ was speaking over it... wouldn't MJ want it perfect?
    According to Lenny, "they" are working right now on the song for a final version...
  • lmao... well if lenny didnt leak it and neither did sony... who else had it?

    Michael <!-- s:P -->:P<!-- s:P -->
  • a DJ was speaking over it... wouldn't MJ want it perfect?

    Who ever leaked it put the dj talking over it so no one else would take it and release it as their own or sample it.

    Michael did not "basically" own Sony. Michael owned the ATV caltalog and merged it with Sony [Sony has many labels] When ATV merged with Sony becoming Sony/ATV, Sony purchased 50% of ATV from Michael. Michael retained at 50% share of ATV NOT Sony Music as a whole.

    The logical answer is ANY NEWS IS GOOD NEWS!!!! Michael knows that controversial press will mean more people will want to hear the song.. Have a think about how little coverage this new track was getting??? And now think about how much more coverage it will get. <!-- s;) -->;)<!-- s;) -->
  • Maybe Sony where testing the waters to see the public's reaction to new material from Michael. Am i mistaken or do i hear R.Kelly's voice at the beginning of the track ? weren't they working on an album together? As previously mentioned, why is there such a fuss about this particular track - no one seemed to give a rats ass about the Akon track (hold my hand?), a place with no name or the the illegal copies of the TII movie floating around the internet.
  • I agree that Michael himself could have leaked the song. It really does match up with his presentation of things. He loves drama and knows how to work the masses. He was quoted as loving mystery and magic and really knows how to market things. He is a true business genius and I would highly welcome this from him at this time. Go Michael!!!! We can't get enough!!!!
  • Does anyone else find it odd that the complete song was released for a short time yesterday on youtube and then it was gone. Thankfully I was able to download it as an mp3 and saved it. I have listened to it nonstop since I got it.

    We should find a user, that have subscribed to some hoax-video makers, upload new unreleased MJ tracks.. If we do, we have our answer.. A friend/family of MJ, or himself.
