multiple people have asked this multiple times, most the time they ignore the question but they have said that yes he is dead, we asked if they have proof and they never acknowledge the question, just like they say for certain MJ's kids are not biologically his..I know I have asked at least 20 times how harvey has proof of that but he will not acknowledge the question
