Michael Jackson's estate has a new creditor's claim -- thanks to one R. Kelly.

Michael sang Kelly's song "Ignition" in his car as part of the TV show, "Michael Jackson's Private Home Movies" -- but never paid for it.

Universal Music Publishing Group, which owns the rights to the song, wants Jackson's estate to pay $3,000. Universal attached a contract to the creditor's claim, showing the fee in black and white.

Will estate lawyer Howard Weitzman pay the claim or pee on it?

    he did a great impression of michael voice lmao. dam right he should be honored, i mean its freaking michael jackson, he tops any artists STILL to this day. noone will ever top him, or even come close.

    What the heck? I really think they are lying about this. You can't sue somebody just for singing a song in the car. Plus MJ and R Kelly was cool with each other. R Kelly wrote You are Not Alone for MJ. People be singing MJ's songs on tv all the time and ripping off his style. MJ's estate should be the ones to sue people if anything for stealing MJ's swagg.

    SO WHAT MJ WAS SINGING TO THE SONG! does that mean we cant ever sing a artists song in a HOME VIDEO!!! its not like MJ was putting it into a label or anything blah! Wow just because its MJ singing and Dancing to a song he has to pay for it?!?!?! seriously thats stupid. MJ was being human and actually doing what NORMAL people do but i guess he is not allowed to be normal!
