Jackson's to sue media company

The Jackson family is planning to sue a media company for publishing the ambulance photo. This means National Photo? That means Ben Evenstad. I thought we came to the conclusion they were friends. I don't know what this means now.

    I'm not sure they would be suing Ben or NPG...they didn't publish the photo, they only sold it. Wasn't it OK Magazine and Entertainment Tonight that first published it?

    I really cant decide what to make of the flood of lawsuits filed by the Jacksons....and against MJ's estate ever since he died......What the heck is goin' on???

    Why sue him now, after 7 months? And what for???

    To sue in regard to the ambulance photo is going to grab alot of attention and a court case would prove it was a fake photo & the media printed it!!!
